Maya Galindo is a visual storyteller who is passionate about humanitarian issues and long-form storytelling.

Originally from Portland, O.R., Maya Galindo is currently studying photography at the Rochester Institute of Technology in Western New York. With a minor in anthropology and sociology, she visually explores subjects such as culture and identity and the relationship that people have with the world around them.
